You should be able to upload. When did you see the message? Had you already selected the image on your computer to upload?

Yes, it's working now. thanks a lot.
I saw this when I arrived on the upload - step1 page; now I can see that the total size authorized is "unlimited", and no more 0.
And yes, I had already selected the image and tried to upload it; but it failed, I think due to that "0Kb" thing.
Anyway, problem solved now.
