Writing. Clicking. Scrapbooking. Inspiration

Inspiration is everywhere. While most can spark our creativity, the golden ones translate directly and deliciously into layouts. While I was clicking around TinyPrints.com, I realized that I was surrounded by perfect layouts waiting to happen. Good graphic quality, great fonts, good colors. Everything was there.

Knowing that I have trouble with multi-photo layouts, I clicked the parameters to include cards with more than three photos. I found several cards that spoke to me and set about starting, and more importantly, finishing a handful of layouts.

Toboganning

I loved the repetitive nature of this card. I kept the five photos and one text box, but opted not to change any photos to black and white. I also stuck closely to the fonts provided. (Bebas and Century Gothic are clear personal favorites.) Since a layout isn’t complete without a bit of journaling, I added some. I love how quickly it came together.

It’s All Fun

This card caught my eye with its vertical columns of photos and text and its funky fonts. The three square photos create a strong foundation, further drawing me in. And while I kept to winter photos, I switched up the color schemes, abandoning all the red and green. Oh, the loveliness of pink in winter.

Grandma

The tall title on this card was begging to be a layout title. How could I not oblige?
